typical tico house at the north edge of town - actually, there are two houses on this lot but we didn't even take pictures of the second one because it could not be used on long term basis without more TLC work than it is probably worth - anyway, the 2 BR house is in decent shape and very livable "as is" and even has the heater installed for shower - the best feature of the property is the year round creek in the back yard - good sleeping and nice environment |
