this property is just of the main highway from San Ramon to Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano or Lake - there is a shack on the property and a couple showers which could be used to camp out while you build your new cabin along the river with that waterfall right behind you and the Peñas Blancas River on the other side - what else can we say ? absolutely beautiful property with your own river and waterfall, and it does NOT flood - we have seen it for over 4 years now and the building site is "high and dry"
